Retailing for between N22k and N30k right now, the Tecno WX3 and the WX3P (is it WX3 Pro? WX3 Power?) are the two low budget devices (amongst others) which the company hopes to hold down that market segment.
Both devices, like you would expect of those in this price range, are pretty basic. The WX3 P, however, brings an enormous amount of juice (read: battery) to the table.

Software, Design, Display
Both devices are dual SIM Android smartphones running on the most recent stable flavor of the Operating system — Nougat.
Although having what doesn’t look like it, the Tecno WX3 actually comes in a plastic build. A plastic build housing a 5.0-inch FWVGA Touch display having a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels and a pixel density of around 195 PPI.
The Tecno WX3 P, on the other hand, comes in a brushed metal chassis, features an IPS display but still possesses the same screen size and resolution as the WX3.
Both can be picked up in an array of colors, typically; Blue, Gray, Gold; albeit in different accents.
Performance, Hardware, Cameras
Inside of both devices sits a Quad-core MediaTek CPU clocked at 1.3 GHz supported by a Mali-400 GPU and a gigabyte of Random Access Memory.
For storing files and media, they both possess an onboard storage of 8GB which can be conveniently extended by the use of a microSD card (capacities up to 32GB).
The battery is what set both devices far apart as the standard WX3 comes with just a 2500 mAh Li-Ion battery. The WX3 P, on the other hand, features a massive 5000 mAh Li-Ion battery which, unless you’re “drinking it”, should hold on just fine for about 2 days (or more).
The Camera Lenses both devices are not their strong suit, but they are not entirely useless either. They both feature a 5-megapixel front facing and rear facing camera which, surprisingly, both have LED flashes.
Tecno WX3 Price in Nigeria
As stated in the introductory part of this piece, the Tecno WX3 and the WX3 P can be picked up in Nigeria from around N22,000.
Of course, the WX3 costs less while the WX3P is like N5k more expensive.

Buy or Bye?
Both devices, thanks to their prices, are basically targeting the “under-30” market and although having almost identical features (save for the battery and build), they are clearly suited for two different kinds of people.
If you wouldn’t mind logging around a slightly heavier and bulkier device, the WX3 P would be the wise option.
I mean, what’s N5k compared to 2X more juice?
