So I was going about my normal window shopping business when I caught a glimpse of yet another Tecno device, Tecno W4!
At first, this didn’t seem right as Tecno does not have any smartphone in the “W series”, but then I saw the device listed on “Tecno Ghana’s website“.
Being skeptical about the Tecno Ghana website – registered by one Christian Donkor from DotHouse Ghana – I have reached out to insiders at Tecno to confirm the existence of the device (as well as the website 😛 ).
From the specs outlined below, this would be Tecno’s first device to be running Android 6.0 (marshmallow) out of the box. Also, from the image on the seller’s Item, the W4 looks exactly like the Boom J8: having no capacitive touch buttons and the LED notification light located at the bottom of the device.
Although the RAM of the device is 1GB, I think this device would be a better choice than both the Gionee P5W and P5 mini combined.
